If you haven’t read any of my Hotel Cooking 101 posts, I am a HUGE fan of cooking while traveling. Don’t get me wrong, I love eating out and trying foods in new places, but even just one meal in (for me, it’s always breakfast) can save you a lot of money. AirBnbs are easiest since you’ll get a kitchen, but I’ve also included 5-ingredient recipes you can make using a stove or hot plate (like you’ll find in a Residence Inn-type place) or using a grill, which can sometimes we found near an outdoor pool.
