7 Awesome Yoga Workouts You Can Do in a Hotel Room

Yoga workouts from YouTube that you can easily do in a hotel room. Also includes links to my favorite yoga products.

When I was on tour with Newsies, I LOVED watching YouTube videos for yoga workouts I could do in my hotel room. Now that I’m off tour, it’s still a habit a practice, but now it’s my living room.

Before we get to the videos, here’s some of my favorite traveling yoga essentials:

  1. Manduka eKO SuperLite Travl Yoga and Pilates Mat – this mat folds very easily so it takes up less room than a mat you have to roll
  2. Yoga Strap – I love to travel a yoga strap to help with poses

Travel Yoga Revitalizing Flow from Yoga with Adriene

Yoga with Adriene is my go to for yoga videos. I’ve completed her 30 Day Challenge (totally recommended) and I love her unique videos and fun yoga practices. Truth be told, most of her workouts can be done in a small space but this one is travel focused.

Yoga for Travel – Jet Lag Yoga to Stretch Your Entire Body from Yoga with Kassandra

I LOVE that this video is focused on jet lag. I haven’t tested it yet but definitely will use this video the next time I fly to Australia.

  1. I love this idea because often I make excuses while traveling to not practice. I also love yoga with Adrienne but hadn’t come across the other teachers youtube channels so this is great! Also thanks for the recommendation for the travel yoga mat – will be looking into this 🙂

  2. Thank you for sharing videos to all of these yoga workouts! I’ve heard of Yoga with Adriene before and a lot of people have had only positive things to say. I will also definitely give the jet lag one a try next time I cross the Atlantic…Jet lag always gets to me.

  3. I’ve never even tried yoga, but I think it would really help me as I suffer with anxiety and need to practice relaxation techniques. Thanks for this collection of videos – can’t wait to get started!

  4. I’m not a yoga fan but I am impressed by your videos especially the one which is focused on jet lag 🙂 I also love the video dedicated to small spaces – very useful !

  5. Exactly what broke me from going to yoga class regularly…a trip where I didn’t do it at all, and I never went back to class. Excellent way to keep the practice up.

  6. I love yoga! It gives you such a good workout, and it can be done in a really small space like a hotel room (or my apartment). These workouts look great! Looking forward to trying them out.
